I offer this video as an encouragement to be looking for ways to “be the light” in our time and in our community. I shared this video with the Board on Monday night, and I thought it was worth sharing with you all!
Blessings, Pastor Derek

|Though we were disappointed when the Fellowship Committee’s St. Patrick’s Day Potluck Lunch had to be cancelled, we are happy to report that the 36 pounds of corned beef they had purchased were not wasted. The beef was taken to the Center of Hope in Ravenna where daily lunches are served to their community. |
Last Friday, 24 households received “healthy” food and home supplies from our church. The number grows each week, especially the number of elderly folks we are serving. We are also including resources from Children’s Advantage, an organization that promotes healthy development of children and families through behavioral and mental health services. To learn more about Children’s Advantage, click here.
As a reminder, here are some ways you can help: Donate to the TCIA Community Relief Fund (100% of your money will be used to help others)Support our local food pantry (Volunteers of America). You may drop off grocery items at their 1063 N. Aurora Road location.Donate toiletry items to the church – things like toothpaste, deodorant, feminine products, toilet paper, handsoap, body soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.Get the word out. If you know someone who would benefit from assistance, please point them in our direction. We’d be happy to try to help.
