2017 WORKCAMP Calendar of Events

All meeting and activities include Workcampers and Parents!

Sunday, September 23 – 5-6 PM Meeting- Fellowship Hall – Pay $100 registration fee to reserve your spot (or $50 now and $50 by March 12, 2017) Check-writing instructions are below!

**Saturday, October 1 –  9-12 for Women’s Guild – RUMMAGE SALE Express Drop-off AND ** Thursday, October 6 – 3-3:30 help move boxes to curb 30 minutes (rain or shine) – F. Hall *Adults and Youth*

*Sundays in September thru October 9 – NUTCRACKER SWEETS Youth and Adults sign-ups or contact Mrs. Eavenson at jfkacres@aol.com to volunteer!

**Thursday, October 13 – Saturday, October 15 – Nutcracker Sweets Activities Thurs. 3-7 move in crafters; Friday10 AM-8 PM in 2 hour shifts – Hostess, Raffle, Dining area, (Kitchen – parents also); Saturday, 10 AM – 4 PM (Same areas) and 4-7 PM Nutcracker tear-down and church set-up (ALL family members! Bring vacuums!)**

Sunday, October 23 – Optional MEETING -turn in registration money. No need to attend if you have paid your $100 or $50 registration fee! Make check out to TCIA and place in mailbox #41, mail to church or give to the Eavensons

Monday, October 31 – TCIA sends Registration money to Group Cares!

**Sunday, November 20 – 11-2 PM – “Hanging of the Greens” family event

Sunday, November 20 –  Workcamp MEETING – 5- 5:30 PM; adults and non-youth group attendees set-up Toddy’s Christmas Shoppe 5:30-? F. Hall (Oxford/Bowen)

$$ Toddy’s Christmas Shoppe after each service November 27 – December 18

** Sunday, January 8, 2017 – noon – families take down and store church Christmas decorations

Sunday, January 8 – 5-6 PM MEETING – F. Hall – Plan Superbowl Sub-sandwich Sunday and Bake Sale. Sign-ups to take SUB orders Jan. 15, 22 and 29 (9:30 service only – annual meeting @ 11 AM) in F. Hall & Great Hall; also sell to friends and relatives! – (Belofsky/Tomasko)

$$ January SCRAPBOOKING/CRAFTING event – Thursday, January 19-Saturday, January 21 (Bowen)

$$ Sunday, February 5 – 7:30-9:30 AM make subs, set up BAKE SALE (parents and youth) – Kitchen & Fell. H. [Please bring 2 baked goods (plated and/or wrapped per Workcamper/adult leader – (Esposito)]

$$ Sunday, February 12 – Sell Valentine’s Day chocolates (donated by Circle 3-H) after both services – F. Hall        Collect money, smile and thank everyone!

Sunday, February 19 – Youth Sunday rehearsal – Place special envelopes in pews (Sutter)

Sunday, February 26 – YOUTH SUNDAY – Participate or support your peers! (Special Envelope Donations are designated for Workcamp!)
