The Circles of Women’s Guild

Women’s Guild presently supports five circles or smaller groups, which provide additional opportunities for fellowship, fun and service. All members of the church and community are invited to visit or join these circles at any time. Contact the church for additional information at 333-562-8266.

Circle A meets at the carriage house of Mad Jack’s on the third Wednesday of every month (September to June) for lunch and fellowship. Members bring food items for VOA and adopt a family for Christmas each year.

Circle B meets at Doogans for lunch and bridge on the second and fourth Mondays of every month (September to June)

Circle D meets at Walden for lunch and bridge or Skipbo on the first Wednesday of each month. (September to June)

Circle 3-H is a “Hands On” circle which meets on the first Friday of each month (August to June) at 10:00 AM. 3-H stands for “Helping Hands Mean Hope.” Members of this circle provide new bookbags filled with school supplies for needy children. They take Christmas mugs with candy and wrap gifts of scarves, hats and gloves for the homeless to various shelters. They also visit various facilities in the area to discover their needs. Their hands are always busy with projects to donate.

Circle 3-H Evening meets from 6 to 8 pm on the second Thursday of every month (September-June) in the church library. They do book study and handiwork. Members are knitting and crocheting prayer squares for Christmas baskets. They also make prayer shawls and baby blankets to donate to the needy. This circle also adopts a family for Christmas.

All these circles are looking for new members. You are welcome to join us!
